Our Story

Alibertos is a concept for food and wine services, born on my return to my hometown of Chania, after years of working in the hospitality industry, travelling the world, and getting experience as a sommelier on the island of Santorini.

It was the time I felt free to express my ideas and this is what Alibertos means. A free person, without chains.

But no dream can become true without the right people by your side. Creative, professional, and generous personalities who shared our inspiration, vision and love for gastronomy.

So, it all started in August of 2020, when the small but passionate team of Alibertos was ready to welcome guests at our ten-tables restaurant.
