
Our Story
Alibertos is a concept for food and wine services, born on my return to my hometown of Chania after years of working in the hospitality industry, traveling the world, and gaining experience as a sommelier on the island of Santorini.
It was a time when I felt free to express my ideas, and this is what Alibertos means. A free person, without chains.
But no dream can come true without the right people by your side. I surrounded myself with creative, professional, and generous personalities who shared my inspiration, vision and love for gastronomy.
So, it all started in August of 2020, when the small but passionate team of Alibertos was ready to welcome guests at our ten-table restaurant. And we hope you’ll be part of the story.
